Professor Yossi Sheffi gave an address to the institute graduates. The government of Ningbo, China — home of the world’s busiest port — partnered with the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics in 2016 to create a global center for supply chain education and research. The Institute's mission is to become an international center of excellence for research and education in logistics and supply chain management after a decade’s effort. 

Professor Yossi Sheffi brought his latest research and insights with him to Ningbo, China, in a talk he gave in person, focused on his recent book The Magic Conveyor Belt: Supply Chains, AI and the Future of Work.

Professor Yossi Sheffi gave a speech at the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL) Graduation event. As part of the program, master students presented their capstone projects, followed by short speeches from their capstone supervisors. The event culminated with an inspiring valedictorian address by one of the students and a special moment as the students received their MIT certificates, marking their successful completion of the rigorous program.
